DXM Hyperion Ventures Private Limited is a diversified parent enterprise incorporated on October 29, 2024. We manage and operate a portfolio of brands across digital services, enterprise software, open-source intelligence, agriculture, and global trade.
By working directly with infrastructure hosting providers, payment gateways, and logistics networks, we eliminate unnecessary middlemen to reduce operational costs. Our execution is backed by a centralized governance model that ensures strict statutory and digital compliance across our entire ecosystem.
The Founder's Journey
The technical foundation of the company was built by its Founder and CEO, Dibyajyoti Sai Mohanty (DSM).
2020
Operating from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, he began engineering hardware and software prototypes. Early projects included the BlindHelp Smart Walking Stick, alongside automation concepts like Medi RF and RC Farmeck.
2021
He launched DSM Technologies, which evolved into Electro DSM—a technical platform that grew to serve over 2 million users worldwide.
2022
He engaged in software development and security research, contributing technical validations for major global networks and developer communities.
2023
He established DSM Studio Network to scale individual development work into a structured platform. This operational framework laid the groundwork for our current corporate structure.

I’m Dibyajyoti Sai Mohanty, a young entrepreneur and the driving force behind DXM Hyperion Ventures. Academically, I am not the best but, let’s be honest, grades don’t define me, but when it comes to skills, my focus is on learning by doing, building real skills, and solving real problems, because I believe academics are just one part of success, not the whole story.
