All business clients are verified through a strict legal KYC and OSINT-based verification process to prevent fraud, spam entities, and misuse of services. This ensures that only legitimate and compliant businesses operate within the DSM Hyperion ecosystem.

Customer Service

Customer support is available 24/7 through our digital systems. Connecting with a human support agent may take up to 6 hours depending on request volume. For urgent or critical matters, clients are advised to raise an alert via DSM Portals for faster resolution.

Payment

For individual clients, 100% payment is required before project commencement. For business clients, payment terms depend on the project type, scope, and overall value, and may follow milestone-based or phased structures.

Logistics

DSM Hyperion is partnered with 20+ verified domestic and international logistics providers, offering air, surface, and freight shipment services to support both local and cross-border operations.

Project Acceptance

All projects are subject to internal team approval based on infrastructure capacity and resource availability. For large-scale projects, we may place the project on hold, decline it, or transfer execution to a DSM-assured verified agency, as quality remains our highest priority.
