Subject: Clarification and Advisory Regarding Corporate Identification Number (CIN) Alignment on MCA Records

This advisory is issued by DXM Hyperion Ventures (OPC) Private Limited to provide proactive transparency regarding an administrative synchronization currently underway with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, concerning our Corporate Identification Number (CIN).

1. Context of the Update

To align our regulatory filings with our broadened technological and business operations, an amendment to our primary National Industrial Classification (NIC) Code was processed.

Under statutory structuring guidelines of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, a company’s 21-digit CIN incorporates its 5-digit NIC code (representing industry activity classification):

Listing Status (1) + NIC Activity Code (5) + State (2) + Year (4) + Class (3) + Permanent Reg No (6)

Following this formal classification update, the MCA central database automatically updated the 5-digit activity segment within our active CIN, while maintaining our unique 6-digit company registration number intact.

2. Nature of the Administrative Mismatch

While our live status on the MCA Master Data Portal correctly reflects the updated, active CIN corresponding to the revised NIC code, the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) issued post-name change retained the prior alphanumeric activity digits due to a backend clerical desynchronization at the registry portal.

Our legal and compliance team has formally initiated the standard rectification protocol with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to reissue an administratively synchronized Certificate of Incorporation.

3. Continuity of Legal and Commercial Operations

Verification Support: For any vendor onboarding, KYC verification, or compliance checks requiring verification during this interim period, our compliance team can furnish the certified MCA Master Data record alongside the formal ROC acknowledgement.
