DXM Hyperion Ventures (OPC) Private Limited hereby informs its clients, partners, vendors, financial institutions, service providers, and other stakeholders that the Company is now operating under its updated Corporate Identification Number (CIN):

The above CIN represents the Company’s current and operative corporate identification record.
Legacy CIN Appearing on Certain Third-Party Systems
Stakeholders may continue to encounter the Company’s previous CIN on certain third-party platforms, private databases, vendor systems, financial-service platforms, and other external registrations or verification systems.
This is primarily due to the fact that certain third-party and privately operated systems have not yet accepted, synchronized, or updated their records to reflect the Company’s current CIN.
Accordingly, the appearance of the previous CIN on such systems does not indicate that the Company is operating under a different legal entity or that there has been any change in ownership, constitution, or corporate identity.
The legacy CIN may therefore remain visible on certain external systems until their respective databases are updated or their technical limitations are resolved.
No Change to Statutory Registrations
For the avoidance of doubt, the following statutory identifiers and registrations remain unchanged and continue to be valid:
PAN: No change
TAN: No change
GSTIN: No change
Other applicable statutory registrations: No change
The CIN update does not constitute a change of legal entity, transfer of business, or creation of a new company.
Continuity of Business and Agreements
All existing business relationships, contracts, agreements, invoices, commercial arrangements, intellectual property rights, client engagements, vendor relationships, and other obligations of the Company continue without interruption.
Stakeholders should use the following CIN for new documentation, onboarding, KYC, contractual documentation, and corporate correspondence wherever a CIN is required:

Where an external system continues to display the previous CIN, stakeholders may retain the legacy record for historical/reference purposes while using the above CIN as the Company's current operative CIN.
Assurance to Stakeholders
DXM Hyperion Ventures (OPC) Private Limited confirms that this update does not affect the validity or continuity of the Company's existing statutory registrations, tax registrations, contractual obligations, or business operations.
The Company is working toward synchronization of its corporate information across relevant third-party systems and service providers.
